Executive Coaching at MÔR  FAQs

Is this confidential?

Yes — completely.

Many of the people I work with are public-facing or operating in high-visibility environments. Discretion isn’t an added extra, it’s fundamental to how I work.

This is a space where you can speak openly, think honestly, and not have to manage how you’re perceived.

How is this different from coaching I’ve had before?

Most of my clients come to me after trying more traditional coaching.

This work isn’t about performance frameworks or quick fixes.

It’s grounded in psychology and neuroscience, which means we look at how you think, how you respond under pressure, and what’s driving the patterns you’re in — not just what you’re doing on the surface.

It’s deeper, more honest, and designed to create change that actually holds.

I’m used to being the one people rely on — what would this give me?

A space where you don’t have to be that person.

You don’t have to have the answers, hold it together, or think in real time.

Most people I work with don’t have many places where they can be fully honest without it carrying consequence. This is one of them.

What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

That’s often the starting point.

You might just know that your mind feels full, the pressure is constant, or something feels off.

We work from there — slowing things down, creating clarity, and understanding what’s actually going on beneath it.

Can this help with creative pressure or big decisions?

Yes.

Many of my clients are holding high-stakes creative work — films, projects, organisations — where the decisions feel personal as well as professional.

This work helps you stay connected to your thinking, your instincts, and your vision, without becoming overwhelmed by the weight of it.

I’m already high-functioning — is this still relevant?

Most of my clients are.

This isn’t about fixing capability.

It’s about how you’re holding what you’re responsible for — and whether that’s sustainable.

Will this feel like therapy?

It draws from psychological theory, but it isn’t therapy.

We don’t stay in the past, and we don’t work in a clinical way.

It’s a forward-facing, structured coaching space that also has the depth to work with complexity, emotion, and pressure properly.

How do you work with emotional complexity?

This is a core part of what I do.

Before MÔR, I spent over a decade working in high-intensity psychological environments. I’m comfortable working with complexity, contradiction, and strong emotional states, without rushing to simplify or resolve them too quickly.

That allows for a different kind of work; one that’s more honest, and ultimately more effective.

How quickly will I see a difference?

Most people notice a shift within the first few sessions, usually in how clearly they’re able to think and how much extra space they feel mentally.

The deeper changes build over time, as we work more fully with the patterns underneath.

What happens after the 3 months?

Some clients choose to continue, particularly if they’re in an ongoing high-pressure or high-visibility role.

Others take what they need and move forward independently.

There’s no expectations; we decide what makes sense based on where you are at the end of the work.
