Executive Coaching at MÔR  FAQs for Leaders & Organisations

For C-Suite Leaders

Who typically works with MÔR?
MÔR works with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Executive Directors and founders who operate in complex, high-pressure environments and want to lead with clarity, steadiness and impact. Clients are often successful, capable leaders seeking greater depth, sustainability and precision in how they lead.

What makes MÔR suitable for senior executives?
The work is grounded in neuroscience, psychology and executive coaching, allowing us to address the internal drivers of leadership behaviour such as stress, reactivity, decision-making and relational dynamics, all without losing sight of performance, accountability and outcomes.

Is this coaching strategic or personal?
Both, by design. Senior leadership challenges rarely sit in one domain. MÔR integrates strategic thinking with psychological and nervous system insight so that leaders can think clearly, relate effectively and perform consistently under pressure.

Is this therapy?
No. MÔR offers executive coaching, not therapy. My clinical background ensures depth is handled safely and professionally, but the focus remains forward-looking, leadership-centred and outcome-driven.

How confidential is the work?
All coaching is held in strict confidence and aligned with professional ethical standards. This is particularly important at C-suite level, where discretion and psychological safety are essential.

What outcomes can I expect as a senior leader?
Clients often experience improved decision-making, reduced stress reactivity, stronger leadership presence, more effective relationships and a greater sense of control and coherence in their role.

For HR, People & Talent Leaders

What organisational challenges does MÔR coaching support?
MÔR coaching supports leaders navigating change, complexity, burnout risk, succession, role transition, and relational strain. It is particularly effective where performance is high but pressure is unsustainable.

How does this coaching impact organisational outcomes?
By supporting leaders to regulate stress, improve clarity and communicate more effectively, organisations often see stronger engagement, better decision-making, improved retention, and healthier leadership cultures.

Is MÔR suitable for senior leaders who are ‘hard to reach’?
Yes. The approach is grounded, evidence-based and commercially aware, which tends to resonate with analytical, high-performing leaders who may be sceptical of coaching that feels vague or overly emotive.

How is progress measured?
Progress is assessed through leadership goals, behavioural shifts, stakeholder feedback (where appropriate), and the leader’s ability to operate effectively under pressure over time.

Do you work alongside internal HR or L&D teams?
Yes. Where appropriate, MÔR coaching can align with organisational goals while maintaining the leader’s confidentiality and autonomy.

Can this be used as part of leadership development or retention strategy?
Absolutely. MÔR is often positioned as a strategic investment in senior leadership capacity, resilience and long-term performance.

Practicalities for Organisations

How are engagements structured?
Coaching is typically offered in structured packages (6 or 12 sessions), beginning with an extended discovery session. This allows for clarity of purpose and meaningful depth of work.

Do you work internationally?
Yes. Sessions are delivered online, allowing MÔR to support leaders and organisations globally.

What professional standards do you work to?
I am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and the ICF (International Coaching Federation), with my Executive Coaching training through the Henley Business School being triple-accredited (AC, EMCC and ICF).

I am also a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

How do we get started?
HR leaders or executives can get in touch directly to discuss organisational needs, fit and scope before any commitment is made.
