About MÔR

Stephanie Healey - Director
Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent more than fifteen years working in frontline services, supporting people through complex circumstances including domestic abuse, homelessness and child sexual exploitation. That experience shaped how I understand people and what sustained pressure can do to our thinking, confidence, relationships and ability to make good decisions.
I've also run my own private psychotherapy practice for almost a decade, working with people through periods of change, difficulty and growth.
Today, I bring that experience into MÔR, combining psychology, neuroscience, psychotherapy and executive coaching. My work is both reflective and practical: we can explore what's really going on beneath the surface, while also making decisions, taking action and moving things forward.
I work with founders, directors, leaders, creatives and independent professionals who are carrying significant responsibility, navigating change or building something meaningful. I also work with small businesses who want to embed coaching and psychological wellbeing into the way they grow.
At the heart of my work is a balance between wellbeing and momentum. I want people to feel better, think more clearly and move forward—without having to sacrifice themselves to do it.
You don't have to choose between looking after yourself and getting things done.
