About MÔR

I’m an Executive Coach with a foundation in Psychotherapy, Psychology and Neuroscience with a passion for developing emotional intelligence. My work is about helping people think clearly, feel more grounded and lead with depth, presence and meaning.

 

Prior to establishing MÔR, I spent over a decade working in frontline services — including with survivors of domestic violence, young people at risk of sexual exploitation and individuals experiencing homelessness and complex trauma. These were formative years that shaped how I listen, how I work and what I believe about people; that change happens not through pressure or performance, but through presence, relationship and honesty.

My initial academic background began in Psychology and Education, followed by a MSc in Clinical Psychology where I focused on Neuropsychology and the complexity of the brain–body relationship. I went on to train in Integrative Psychotherapy and I continue to run a successful practice in Bristol for the last 9 years.

I've since completed the Executive Coaching Certificate at Henley Business School and this blend of clinical and theoretical disciplines allows me to work at the intersection of emotional insight, behavioural science and leadership development.

My move into Executive Coaching came from a desire to work with people not only in moments of crisis, but in moments of becoming when something important is shifting and they’re ready to meet it with more awareness. I wanted to bring everything I’d learned in therapeutic settings into a space where leaders and change-makers could reflect, recalibrate and reimagine what’s possible with intelligence, depth and care.

My clients are often in a place of transition, questioning, or quiet burnout. They’re seeking clarity not just about what to do next, but who to be in the process. Whether we’re working one-to-one or in conversation with a wider team, I create a space that’s thoughtful, intelligent and brave where something deeper can be heard and real change can begin.
