About MÔR

Before I became an Executive Coach, I spent more than fifteen years working in frontline services supporting people through some of life's most complex and challenging circumstances, including domestic abuse, homelessness, and child sexual exploitation.

That work taught me something that continues to shape everything I do today; when people are carrying significant pressure, responsibility, or uncertainty, the challenge is rarely a lack of capability. More often, it's the impact that sustained stress has on thinking, decision-making, creativity, confidence, and relationships.

Over time, my fascination with how people think, lead, adapt, and grow led me deeper into psychology, psychotherapy, neuroscience, and executive coaching. Today, I bring those disciplines together through MÔR.

I work primarily with creatives and people in the TV and film industry who are carrying the weight of meaningful work. People with ambitious ideas, significant responsibilities, and a genuine desire to make an impact.

From the outside, they often appear highly successful.

Privately, they may be navigating pressure, self-doubt, overwhelm, difficult decisions, or the challenge of sustaining high performance without sacrificing themselves in the process.

My role is not to provide quick fixes or performance hacks.

It is to create the conditions for clearer thinking, deeper self-awareness, emotional steadiness, and sustainable success.

 

I hold a degree in Psychology and Education, an MSc in Clinical and Abnormal Psychology, postgraduate qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, and an Executive Coaching qualification from Henley Business School. But more than any qualification, what I bring is the ability to sit alongside complexity without simplifying it, and to help people find clarity when the stakes are high.

Because the people doing the most meaningful work in the world deserve support that goes deeper than strategy alone.
