Background and Qualifications
My work has always centred around understanding people. How we think, respond to pressure, relate to others and navigate change.
I began my career in frontline services, spending more than fifteen years supporting people through complex circumstances including domestic abuse, homelessness and child sexual exploitation. Alongside this, I developed a professional background in Psychology, Neuroscience and Psychotherapy before moving into Executive Coaching.
Today, I bring these disciplines together through MÔR, giving me a way of working that can hold both the human complexity and the practical realities of leadership, ambition and change.
I am also a MBACP-registered psychotherapist.
