About MÔR

Stephanie Healey - Founder
I work with high-stakes creative and visionary leaders often in the public eye (including film directors, producers and leaders of social change) who are bringing meaningful work into the world and carrying the weight of that responsibility. These are the people who think and feel deeply, and who dream big about changing the world. They have big ideas; sometimes unconventional, sometimes ambitious to the point of feeling risky and a strong drive to create something that matters. A project, a body of work, a contribution they believe could genuinely make an impact.
And when the work matters, the pressure is very different.
I believe that you don’t need more performance strategies; you need space to think clearly again, regulate deeply, and to drive forward in a way that’s sustainable, without losing yourself in the process.
My work sits at the intersection of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Leadership. I’m an Executive Coach and Psychotherapist, trained at Henley Business School, with two decades of experience working in complex psychological environments.
Before founding MÔR, I spent 15+ years in frontline services supporting individuals experiencing domestic abuse, homelessness, and child sexual exploitation, and that has shaped how I work today. It taught me how to sit with intensity, complexity, and pressure without rushing to fix, judge, or simplify. It also built a deep understanding of how the mind and nervous system respond under sustained stress, and what’s actually required for meaningful, lasting change.
This is what I bring into my work with my clients.
