Individual, psychologically informed coaching funded by your business. For a team member who is finding work difficult, it offers space to feel heard, understand what is affecting them and build confidence in their next steps.
A 12-week partnership with a ninety-minute Deep Dive and five one-hour coaching sessions.

Ask about a team member pilot place ↗Participation is voluntary. Coaching follows the team member’s priorities; confidentiality and any feedback to the business are agreed together. Funding the partnership does not give access to private session content. Coaching is not therapy, and suitability is explored before work begins.
Workplace wellbeing review
A standalone half-day review for small businesses to understand what is working, where the pressures are and what could change. £750.
A few pilot places remain, first come, first served and subject to availability. Pilot participants are asked to share feedback. No VAT is added.
Continue beyond the partnership
Ongoing coaching support is available after your partnership, giving you and your team space to reflect, navigate new challenges and keep building on what has changed.
Bespoke packages
If your business needs a different format or length of support, we can shape a coaching package around your priorities. Scope and fees are agreed together.
Confidentiality and any sharing of team themes are agreed before work begins.
