Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent more than fifteen years in frontline services, supporting people through complex circumstances including domestic abuse and sexual trauma. Alongside almost a decade in private psychotherapy practice, this has shaped how I understand pressure, confidence and relationships, and how I listen: with warmth, care and steadiness.

At MÔR, I bring together psychology, neuroscience, psychotherapy and executive coaching. We can explore what is happening beneath the surface, then turn that understanding into decisions and steps that feel possible.

I work with people carrying responsibility, navigating change or building something meaningful, and with small businesses who want wellbeing woven into how they grow.

At the heart of my work is a balance between wellbeing and momentum. You don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and getting things done.
